Agreement with the Russian New University, 2012

What I signed and what it left me.

← Back to Study abroad

In March 2012 I signed an agreement between the Russian New University (RosNOU) and Escorinter, the company I represented. The aim was to promote the university's programmes among Latin American students and support them through their application.

What the news said

The university published it in Russian under the title "RosNOU opens its doors to Ecuadorian students". It reported an agreement with Escorinter to promote its programmes and attract international students. Professor Vladimir Minaev signed for the university, and I signed for the company.

What it left me

That agreement has ended. What stayed with me is knowing how a Russian university works from the inside: how to apply, which documents they ask for and how international students are received. That is what I use today in my study-abroad consulting.
